How to optimize your recycling process ?

7 July 2021

Are your production capacities decreasing, is the quality of your secondary raw materials inadequate or are you losing sales opportunities?

MTB experts have designed new machines to process a wider range of flows: meatballs, radiators, oil filters, SRF, infectious waste, scrap metal, WEEE, aluminium…

Since 1981, MTB has been providing state-of-the-art equipment combining :

– Precision & robustness in mechanical design.

– Innovation and optimization in power transmission solutions

– Simplicity and efficiency in maintenance operations

THE BVR, a shredder with pusher

For the efficient processing of light products and small batches, the BVR has many advantages:

  • Easy, semi-automatic feeding with a large capacity hopper.
  • Simplified screen changing mechanism.
  • Automatic adjustment of cutting gaps
  • Easy maintenance and low operating costs!

Tested and approved by our test center, the BVR is also the input shredder for the CableBox One.

A new range of hydraulic rammers is available for BDR blade shredders. Composed of two alternating movement pusher blades, they increase performance for demanding applications (radiators, oil filters, batteries, composites, WEEE, etc.) and the preparation of low-density products (SRF, ASR, etc.).

These options allow a gain in productivity of up to 40% while maintaining the robustness and reliability necessary for the most severe operating conditions.

MTB innovates and offers a real technological breakthrough with the BTR.

The new BTR star shredders can process all mixed materials at throughputs of up to 15 T/h.

The strengths of the BTR :

  • Performance thanks to the flywheels successfully used in the BDR range
  • Versatility
  • Easy adjustment of the output granulometry
  • Ease of maintenance

What about the containerized recycling line?

With the success of the CABLE BOX, MTB also extends its range with a particularly compact line with unsuspected possibilities: the Cable Box One by MTB: a waste processing line contained in a single container!
