Available in shear or crusher versions, they are used at the beginning of the line, in particular for the treatment of tyres, WEEE, OIW and radiators.
The new RSX 2300 is a high-performance double-rotor pre-shredder designed to efficiently process a wide range of bulky waste materials, from CIW to more complex metal products (baled or bulk aluminum scrap, large electrical appliances, etc.). With an output of up to 35T/h, this equipment is indispensable for preparing the material for sorting or granulation stages.
Like the latest innovations in the MTB range, the RSX 2300 is eco-efficient: thanks to its eDrives synchronous electric motors (high efficiency 96%), the pre-shredder can handle the largest volumes while reducing energy consumption by -75% compared with traditional hydraulic drives.
