MTB-Recycling has developed a new mono-rotor shredding design with a low maintenance cost.
The steel cutting blades, which are highly resistant to wear and tear, are interchangeable in a few hours. In addition, with their simple geometrical shapes, their cost is very attractive.

The areas with a high level of wear and tear in the shredding chamber are protected by interchangeable armour plates of anti-abrasion steel. The other areas subject to abrasion are protected by reinforced welding of exceptional hardness.

This cutter permits the treatment of VL, PL, GC, tyres and the shredding of all voluminous parts such as automobile bumpers, standard industrial waste, household refuse, etc. ...

Today, MTB Recycling’s rotative mono-rotor BDD 1700 cutters are renowned for their ability to reduce, for example, any type of tyres in a single pass of 50 to 150 mm cuts, at a production rate reaching 10 to 20 tonnes per hour as a function of the application.

This machine is now available in the hydraulic version.
Easily transportable, (18 Tonnes instead of 33 Tonnes for the mechanical version), its engine and its Hagglünds power enable it to shred a wider variety of products.
